Blog 8: The Administrative Setting

Today was exciting. Partner and I was going to collaborate our ideas and begin the first draft of our manual. It was frightening at the same time, what if we leave something important out? What if this isn’t what the program head was looking for? Though the excitement was there; 7 days of readings and note taking was all going to be put together. I can see myself doing this in the future. I enjoy being an ECE, however I hope to work myself up in the field and work at an institution level. Therefore the experience I am gaining now, will come in handy in the future.
